TAMIYA X-20 & X-20A THINNERS
Thinners, also known as reducers, are complicated and confusing at the best of times. As if we don’t have enough thinners already, another thinner is becoming more prevalent.
X-20 in the Blue Cap 
is for TAMIYA ENAMEL PAINT only.
Comprised of White Spirits it doesn’t work with TAMIYA COLOR ACRYLIC X & XF, TAMIYA LACQUER PAINT, REAL COLORS, Mr.COLOR etc nor any water-based acrylic paint.
Modellers unfamiliar with solvent may inadvertently pick up X-20, thinking since it is by TAMIYA, it is a universal thinner.
X-20 is for Enamel Paint only.

X-20A is incompatible with: TAMIYA ENAMEL PAINT, TAMIYA LACQUER LP, Mr.COLOR, REAL COLORS, Alclad II, Mr.COLOR METAL, Mr.COLOR SUPER METALLIC2, Mr.HOBBY AQUEOUS, or Mr.HOBBY ACRYSION.
